Job Roles

1) HR cum Placement Officer

HR responsibilities:

• Recruiting and hiring candidates for Shri Shiv Shakti Education Society

• On-boarding process, joining formalities and exit formalities

• Organizing events and team outing activities

• Organizing employees’ birthdays

• Employee counseling and grievance handling

• Maintaining the employee database and the recruitment database

• Job portal renewal coordination

• Maintenance of employee’s personal files

• Preparing/updating HR policy(ies), as and when required

• Managing leaves and attendance

• Transportation management, handling official travel ticket bookings, as and when required

• Electrical and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) maintenance

• Maintain Housekeeping activities

• Compiling reports

• Preparing increment/promotion letters during appraisal time

Contract length: 6 months

Placement officer job roles & responsibilities

• To look after the training and placement activities of students •

• To have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.

• To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement

• Arrange training programmes for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.

• To organize the entrepreneurship workshops.

• He/she will be responsible for Industry Interaction to create opportunities for Internships and Placement for students.

• Maintain Data Base of potential Recruiters.

• Manage Events, Seminar, Workshops related to CRC.

• Maintain good relations with students and the Students Placement Council for undertaking the various tasks and achieving targets of CRC.

Contract length: 6 months
